Also know as "The Ukrainian Boogeywoman"

Rita's Horseradish Vodka: 2 oz
Lemon Juice: 3/4 oz
Honey Syrup: 1/2 oz

Shake and strain into colins glass with ice, top with soda but leave room for 1 oz float of apple brandy busnel.

 
Garnish with a long peeled strip of horseradish root twirled up and skewered.
